Terms of Service
Effective date: August 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Calenday ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Calenday is an activity and project timeline app that lets you log meetings, calls, chats, and notes; organize them into projects; and optionally sync read-only appointments from your Google Calendar. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
5. Intellectual Property
Calenday and its original content, features, and design are owned by the operator of the Service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms, please contact the Calenday team through the app or at the support address listed on the website.
